Our Lobbies Are Open!

We’ve missed you!  Our lobbies will re-open with standard hours on Monday, June 1 with new safety measures.
We’d love to see everyone at once, but as we migrate through the re-opening process, we encourage you to please continue using our Drive-ups, ATMs, Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Night Depositories when it’s convenient.
However, if you need or want to visit a branch lobby we’re happy to serve you.

There will be added precautions in our branches for your safety and ours that we hope will mostly be temporary.

In response to the "Stay at Home" order issued yesterday by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, Osgood State Bank is further reducing branch hours to be a good partner in reducing the spread of COVID-19.

Effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020, branches will continue to operate six days a week via our drive-ups only. Lobbies will remain closed and access will be provided by appointment only. 

Drive-ups will operate Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am – 1:30pm. Thursday and Saturday drive-ups will operate standard hours: 8:30am – Noon.

Bank staff are continuing to take additional precautions which include routinely cleaning surfaces, door handles and ATMs throughout the day.

Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit

Due to limited accessibility to our branches at this time, OSB is increasing our limits for checks deposited through our Mobile App:

  • Increased Temporary Mobile Deposit Limit per day: $3,000
  • Increased Temporary Mobile Deposit Limit per week: $6,000

Alternative Services

OSB is able to provide a number of alternative services to conduct your banking business and to communicate with us. These options include:

  • General Questions: E-mail us at
  • ATMs: Branch ATMs are available 24-hours a day.
  • Night Drop: Night drops are found nearby Osgood branch ATMs. Enclose your deposit slip, cash and/or checks into an envelope. Please bring an envelope or deposit bag from home. These deposited items will be processed multiple times throughout the day.
  • By Phone: Call your local branch during banking hours.  
  • Online Banking: Your accounts are available from any device at  Call us if you need added assistance setting up online or mobile banking.
  • In-Branch assistance with Loans and Safe Deposit Boxes: Appointments for loan closings can be arranged and access to Safe Deposit Boxes for critical needs can be scheduled by appointment.

Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, Osgood State Bank will begin operating all four branches from our Drive-Ups only. Our lobbies will be closed and access will be granted by appointment only. These actions are in response to recent guidance from the federal government which has asked that public gatherings be reduced to 10 people or less. 

As such we are trying to do our best to service our customers, while also doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19, so we can hopefully return to normal soon. 

> Customers who require entrance into the branch to sign paperwork or loan closings,  we will make arrangements for that to take place.

> Merchants that typically need change orders and make larger dollar deposits – we’ll be reaching out to you so we can meet the needs of your business.

> Elderly customers that have special needs please call us. We’ll do everything we can to ensure you have financial peace of mind at this time.

In terms of access:

>Drive-thrus: Drive-thrus are open Monday-Saturday.

> ATMs: ATMs are available 24-hours a day.

> By Phone: Call your local branch staff during banking hours.

> Online Banking: Log in to your account from any device via

> Mobile App: Use the Osgood Bank mobile app - download it now.

We are working hard to ensure our customers have the best possible experience with us as your bank. So even though this means less face-to-face interaction, please leverage our digital services, including mobile deposit, and our night depositories, when you can.  To speak with us or for help with digital banking services, call your local branch and one of our team will do their best to assist you.
